Manufacturer warranty

The manufacturer’s warranty applies to every article. Its duration is stated in the technical data on the product page. We handle the warranty case for you.

What to do in a warranty case

• Register the defect on your order page (link in your order confirmation), with a short description of the fault.
• You receive a return number from us.
• Send the goods back complete and, if possible, in the original packaging.

Statutory warranty

Independently of the manufacturer’s warranty, the statutory warranty applies. For business customers it runs twelve months from delivery.
