Right of return

You can return unopened goods within 14 days of receipt. Register the return beforehand on your order page — the link is in your order confirmation. You receive a return number straight away. Questions: info@imagemedia.ch.

Excluded

• Software and licences, once the licence key has been sent.
• Special orders and goods configured to your specification.
• Articles with removed seals or damaged original packaging.

Process

After the goods arrive and have been checked, we refund the purchase price via the original means of payment. You bear the return shipping costs, unless the goods were defective or we delivered the wrong item.
